When India was divided in 1947, millions of families crossed the border — leaving their homes behind but carrying something no one could take away: their recipes.

Lahori Adda is built on that culinary heritage. Our chole bhature recipe traces directly to Lahore — slow-cooked, deep-flavoured, made with a proprietary masala blend prepared at our central kitchen in Panipat and supplied to every outlet.
